Brush 6 is a 1988 Chevrolet pickup powered by a 6.2-liter diesel engine and automatic transmission. This vehicle was provided to us as a surplus vehicle by the forestry department. A 200 gallon water tank and portable pump was installed along with a single1.5-inch pre-connected line and garden hoses. The truck carries an assortment of brush fire fighting equipment.
